Has been involved in Latino youth smoking since 1985; he participated in Proyecto Juarez (to assess the ability of Latino youth to refuse tobacco offers) and as Principal Investigator in Healthy Generations (to study the effect of parental prompts on child smoking) laniado@net-pla.net
